Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup milk of your choice

Method
 

  1. Pour the milk into the blender.
  2. Add the frozen berries to the blender.
  3. If using, add honey or maple syrup.
  4. Start the blender on the lowest setting for about 10 seconds.
  5. Gradually increase the speed to medium for another 10 seconds.
  6. Finally, blend on high until you reach a smooth consistency (about 10 seconds).
  7. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk a tablespoon at a time. If too thin, add more frozen berries.
