Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 ripe banana Bananas should be ripe for more sweetness.
  • 1 cup liquid (water, milk, or yogurt)

Method
 

  1. Wash the apple thoroughly under cold running water and cut it into quarters, removing the core and seeds.
  2. Chop the apple quarters into smaller chunks for easier blending.
  3. Peel the banana and break it into three or four pieces.
  4. Add the chosen liquid to the blender first, followed by the banana pieces, and then the apple chunks.
  5. Blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then increase to medium speed for 20 seconds.
  6. Finally, blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  7. Adjust the consistency by adding more liquid if too thick or frozen fruit if too thin, and blend again as needed.
