- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter.
- Once the butter has melted and foamed, add the chicken breasts to the skillet.
- Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Lower the heat to medium, add minced garlic to the remaining butter, and stir for about 30 seconds.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, squeeze in the lemon juice, and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the chicken.
- Let the chicken rest in the sauce for a minute before serving.
