Ingredients
  

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 3-4 slices deli turkey
  • 2 slices favorite cheese
  • 1-2 cups lettuce or spinach leaves
  • 1 medium sliced tomatoes
  • to taste your choice of dressing or spread

Equipment

  • Clean surface for assembling
  • Pan for grilling (optional)
  • Spatula (optional)

Method
 

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Place turkey slices in the center, leaving about an inch of space on each side.
  3. Add cheese on top of the turkey.
  4. Layer on your veggies, such as lettuce and tomato slices.
  5. Spread dressing or sauce over the fillings as desired.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla first, then roll from the bottom up, keeping the filling tight.
  7. If desired, grill the wrap in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side to warm it and melt the cheese.
