Notes

Feel free to customize the layers with your favorite fruits or nuts. This parfait is versatile and allows you to mix and match ingredients based on your preferences. For meal prep, store components separately and assemble just before eating to keep the almonds crunchy. Kids can enjoy building their own parfaits, making breakfast a fun, interactive experience! The parfait can also be made dairy-free with coconut yogurt or almond milk yogurt, and sweetness can be adjusted by reducing honey or using alternative sweeteners.
