Method
 

  1. Wash the sweet potato and slice it lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick planks.
  2. Choose a cooking method: toaster, air fryer, or microwave.
  3. Toaster: Toast slices directly in the toaster on the highest setting for 2-3 cycles until tender and slightly crispy.
  4. Air Fryer: Brush slices lightly with oil, place in a single layer, and cook at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Microwave: Place slices on a microwave-safe plate covered with a damp paper towel and microwave on high for 3 minutes, then check for tenderness.
  6. Let the slices cool for about a minute.
  7. Top with mashed avocado and your choice of additional toppings.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
