- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed avocado, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, almond flour, coconut sugar, salt, and baking powder until there are no lumps.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 20–25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
