Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka or non-alcoholic vodka substitute
  • 1/2 ripe avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • q.s. Club soda
  • q.s. Ice cubes
  • 1 sprig Mint sprig for garnish
  • 1 slice Lime slice for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a shaker, gently muddle the fresh mint leaves with the lime juice and honey (if using).
  2. Add the ripe avocado, vodka, and coconut cream to the shaker.
  3. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-mixed and creamy.
  4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  5. Top the drink with a splash of club soda and give it a gentle stir.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime slice.
  7. Sip and savor the creamy, tropical flavors.
