  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs slightly beaten

  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Press the softened pie crust into a shallow 9-inch pie plate and crimp the edges.
  3. Blind bake the crust for 10-12 minutes (optional, using pie weights or dried beans).
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon evenly across the bottom of the pie crust.
  5. Layer on the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and grated parmesan cheeses over the bacon.
  6. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheeses in the pie crust.
  8. Bake the quiche for 45-50 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let the quiche rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
