Ingredients
  

  • 1 wheel Camembert cheese (about 250 g)
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 pinch dried red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon honey (for drizzling)
  • to taste flaky sea salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper

  • Brush (optional, for olive oil)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) or 160°C for fan-assisted ovens, placing a baking sheet in the middle rack.
  2. Unwrap the Camembert and place it in its box or a small ovenproof dish, then score the top rind in a cross or diamond pattern.
  3. Drizzle honey over the surface, letting it seep into the cuts.
  4. Tuck rosemary leaves into the slits, sprinkle chili flakes, and season with flaky sea salt and black pepper.
  5. Bake the Camembert in the oven for 12–15 minutes, checking for bubbling and a golden top.
  6. Remove from the oven, let it sit for a minute, and serve warm with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or apple wedges.

Notes
