- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) or 160°C for fan-assisted ovens, placing a baking sheet in the middle rack.
- Unwrap the Camembert and place it in its box or a small ovenproof dish, then score the top rind in a cross or diamond pattern.
- Drizzle honey over the surface, letting it seep into the cuts.
- Tuck rosemary leaves into the slits, sprinkle chili flakes, and season with flaky sea salt and black pepper.
- Bake the Camembert in the oven for 12–15 minutes, checking for bubbling and a golden top.
- Remove from the oven, let it sit for a minute, and serve warm with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or apple wedges.

Notes
