- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the chicken breasts and toss them to coat thoroughly with the spice mixture.
- Place the broccoli florets in the same bowl and toss them with the remaining olive oil mixture.
- Arrange the chicken breasts and broccoli on a baking tray.
- Place the lemon slices on top of the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender but still crisp.

Notes
You can substitute chicken breasts with chicken thighs or fish fillets if preferred. Broccoli can be swapped for cauliflower, zucchini, or green beans.
