- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, then spread them evenly on a baking sheet.
- Pat the cod fillets dry and place them on top of the green beans.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper, and finish with lemon juice.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until the cod flakes easily with a fork and the green beans are tender-crisp.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
