Ingredients
  

  • 900 g fresh salmon fillets
  • 450 g large raw shrimp (deveined)
  • 3 tablespoons olive or canola oil
  • 225 g asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 large lemon, sliced
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Clean the shrimp and trim the woody ends off the asparagus.
  2. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  3. In a small bowl, mix the seasoning blend: paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Pat the salmon and shrimp dry with paper towels.
  5. Cut the salmon into equal portions for even cooking.
  6. Place the salmon and asparagus on a large baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle half the seasoning mixture over the fish and veggies.
  8. Top each piece of salmon with slices of lemon and butter.
  9. Drizzle olive oil over everything.
  10. Pop the tray in the oven for 5 minutes.
  11. Toss the shrimp in the remaining seasoning until fully coated.
  12. Take the tray out and scatter the seasoned shrimp around the salmon and asparagus.
  13. Add more lemon and butter slices on top.
  14. Return to the oven for another 7–9 minutes, until shrimp are opaque and pink.
  15. Drizzle melted buttery juices over everything before serving.
