- Pat the pork shoulder dry, then rub with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork in a slow cooker and pour half a cup of BBQ sauce over it. Set the cooker to low and cook for 8 hours.
- Once tender, remove the pork from the cooker and shred it on a cutting board with two forks, then return it to the slow cooker and mix with the remaining BBQ sauce.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Toss to combine.
- Drain the coleslaw, taste and adjust seasoning, then chill for 15 minutes before assembly.
- Lightly toast the slider buns, spoon pulled pork onto each bun, top with coleslaw, and add a pickle slice if desired. Serve immediately.
