Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 head Roasted Garlic

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and cut the top off the head of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap in aluminum foil.
  2. Roast the garlic for about 30-40 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and golden.
  3. While the garlic is roasting, heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef, cooking until browned and cooked through.
  4. Boil the potatoes until fork-tender, then drain and mash them with a bit of butter and milk; mix in the roasted garlic cloves.
  5. Divide the mashed potatoes among four bowls and top each with a generous portion of the cooked ground beef.
