  • 2 medium-sized Heirloom tomatoes
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze

Method
 

  1. Slice cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. Thinly slice heirloom tomatoes.
  3. Slice fresh mozzarella into rounds or cubes.
  4. Arrange tomatoes and mozzarella on a platter, alternating them.
  5. Toss whole basil leaves throughout.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Drizzle olive oil across the salad.
  8. Finish with a zigzag of balsamic glaze.
