Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the diced bell pepper and onion to the skillet, cooking until softened.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Grease a baking dish and layer the cooked sausage and veggies at the bottom.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and veggies.
