- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract, then stir until well incorporated.
- If using, gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake the cookies for 8–10 minutes until the edges are set but the centers look soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
