  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons optional
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts optional

  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs like parsley for garnish, optional
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice for flavor balance, optional

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

  4. If using chicken, prepare it by grilling or shredding rotisserie chicken.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, Caesar dressing, diced bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and chicken if using.
  6. Start with a small amount of dressing, add more to taste; season with salt and pepper.
  7. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese and any additional ingredients like croutons or pine nuts.
  8. Chill the salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  9. Before serving, garnish with extra Parmesan, fresh herbs, or a drizzle of lemon juice.
