Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 10 oz Rotini Pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up into small pieces and seasoning with Cajun spices. Drain excess fat when cooked.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the rotini pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a separate saucepan, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, and softened cream cheese, stirring until smooth. Add shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and thick.
  4. Combine the cooked ground beef and drained pasta with the cheese sauce, stirring until coated.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh herbs, and serve hot.
