Ingredients
  

  • 2 pcs boneless rib-eye steaks, thinly sliced
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Toss the thinly sliced steak with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the seasoned steak for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook the linguine in boiling salted water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add heavy cream and beef broth, simmer to thicken for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted and smooth.
  6. Toss the cooked linguine in the sauce, then return the seared steak to the skillet and combine everything well.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
