Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts diced
  • 10 oz cheese tortellini fresh or refrigerated
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the tortellini according to the package instructions, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant, then pour in the heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
  6. Combine cooked tortellini and chicken with the garlic cream sauce, toss to coat well, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
