Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste fresh parsley for garnish
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

  1. Generously coat the salmon fillets and shrimp with Cajun seasoning, adding salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, and place the salmon skin-side down, cooking for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Flip the salmon fillets and cook for another 4-5 minutes until cooked through, then set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
  6. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cooked shrimp and salmon, adding lemon slices to the skillet.
  7. Plate the salmon and shrimp together, garnishing with fresh parsley.
