Ingredients
  

  • 1 cooked lobster tail, chopped
  • 1/2 lb crab meat, shells removed
  • 2 fillets skinless salmon, cut into chunks
  • 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the seasoned salmon chunks until golden brown, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté the garlic, and add heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  4. Once the cream starts to simmer, mix in grated Parmesan until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add chopped lobster, crab meat, and cooked salmon to the Alfredo sauce and gently stir.
  6. Toss in the cooked pasta, ensuring it is fully coated with the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
