Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb linguine pasta
  • 1 lb lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. If your lobster and crab meat are not pre-cooked, steam or sauté until just cooked through. Set all seafood aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter, then sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Cajun seasoning, letting it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until melted and the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and seafood to the skillet and toss gently to coat everything in the sauce.
  7. Plate the Cajun-Style Seafood Alfredo and garnish with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.
