- Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Add the cubed steak to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add the peeled shrimp and sprinkle them with Cajun seasoning. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and are fully cooked through.
- Return the steak to the skillet and add the crème fraîche. Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked fettuccine, grated parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss until the pasta is well-coated with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
Use high-quality, fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Don't overcook the shrimp; they should be just pink and tender. Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to your taste preference. For a creamier sauce, add a little more crème fraîche or a splash of milk. This dish is great for romantic dinners or family gatherings. Store leftovers in an airtight container up to 3 days in the refrigerator, and reheat gently in a pan.
