Ingredients
  

  • 250 g fettuccine pasta
  • 300 g peeled shrimp
  • 200 g steak, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 50 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to garnish fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden.
  3. Add the cubed steak to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the peeled shrimp and sprinkle them with Cajun seasoning. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and are fully cooked through.
  5. Return the steak to the skillet and add the crème fraîche. Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Stir in the cooked fettuccine, grated parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss until the pasta is well-coated with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
