- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Rub the steak slices with Cajun seasoning and a pinch of smoked paprika; let sit for a few minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the butter, and once melted, sear the steak slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant and golden, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the Alfredo sauce, add the seared steak, and gently fold to combine.
- Plate the pasta and steak, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
