Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 10.75 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese freshly grated preferred
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb penne pasta

Equipment

  • Large pot for boiling pasta
  • Skillet or frying pan
  • Large skillet for making the Alfredo sauce
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Whisk or wooden spoon for mixing the sauce
  • Tongs for tossing the pasta

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Coat the steak and shrimp evenly with this spice mixture.
  3. Heat a pan on medium-high heat, add olive oil, and cook the seasoned steak until it reaches your preferred doneness.
  4. In the same pan, add the seasoned shrimp and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  5. In a large skillet, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until thickened.
  6. Add the cooked steak and shrimp into the Alfredo sauce, stirring gently to combine.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce mixture and toss gently to coat thoroughly.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs or extra Parmesan cheese.

Notes

If you want an extra layer of flavor, add a splash of white wine to the Alfredo sauce while it's simmering.
