- Mix the butter, eggs, hot milk, and instant coffee in a blender until well combined.
- Add the sugar, flour, and baking powder, and blend until smooth and free of lumps.
- Pour the batter into a greased round cake pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 35 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the condensed milk, cream, and egg yolks in a saucepan; stir until thickened.
- Once the cake is cooled, cut it horizontally into two layers.
- Spread the filling evenly on the bottom layer and place the top layer on.
- For the topping, combine the condensed milk, white chocolate, and butter in another saucepan and heat until melted and smooth.
- Pour the topping over the assembled cake.
