Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 pieces eggs
  • 1 and 1/2 cups hot milk
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • q.s. margarine and flour for greasing to taste
  • 2 cans condensed milk
  • 2 cans cream
  • 3 pieces egg yolks
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 bar white chocolate
  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Measuring cup and spoons
  • Mixing bowl
  • Round cake pan
  • Whisk or spatula

Method
 

  1. Mix the butter, eggs, hot milk, and instant coffee in a blender until well combined.
  2. Add the sugar, flour, and baking powder, and blend until smooth and free of lumps.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased round cake pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 35 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, combine the condensed milk, cream, and egg yolks in a saucepan; stir until thickened.
  5. Once the cake is cooled, cut it horizontally into two layers.
  6. Spread the filling evenly on the bottom layer and place the top layer on.
  7. For the topping, combine the condensed milk, white chocolate, and butter in another saucepan and heat until melted and smooth.
  8. Pour the topping over the assembled cake.
