Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lbs dried pasta (like farfalle)
  • 8 oz mozzarella pearls or cubes
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, thinly sliced

Method
 

  1. In a small jar or bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Shake or whisk until blended.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the pasta, and cook according to package directions for al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, mozzarella, grape tomatoes, and basil. Pour the vinaigrette dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
