Ingredients
  

  • 500 g beef strips
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce (optional)

  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting board
  • Spatula
  • Cooking oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Slice the beef into thin strips.
  2. Slice the onion and bell peppers.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
  4. Cook the beef strips for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers and cook for about 5-6 minutes until tender.
  7. Add the beef back into the skillet with the veggies and stir everything together.
  8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to meld all the flavors.
  9. Season with salt, pepper, and a splash of soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce if desired.
