- Slice the beef into thin strips.
- Slice the onion and bell peppers.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
- Cook the beef strips for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.

- In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers and cook for about 5-6 minutes until tender.
