- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a rectangular baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until pale and frothy (3-4 minutes).
- Add the spreadable cheese and lemon juice to the egg mixture, folding gently until smooth.
- Sift in the flour and baking powder, folding until a smooth, lump-free batter forms.
- Pour the batter onto the prepared tray and spread evenly. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden.
- Let the cake cool for 5 minutes, then flip onto a clean kitchen towel and remove the parchment paper.
- Spread cream cheese over the warm cake, arrange sliced strawberries on top, and roll tightly with the help of the towel.
- Let the roll rest for 10 minutes, then slice into portions and serve.
