Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni or pasta of your choice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add elbow macaroni, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, and all spices. Stir and bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked pasta, and prepared sauce. Mix well. Add shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses, and stir gently.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread evenly, and sprinkle extra cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the sauce is bubbly. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
