Ingredients
  

  • 400 g coquillettes
  • 300 g ground beef
  • 200 g raclette cheese, sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper to taste
  • as needed fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the coquillettes until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, beef mixture, and heavy cream. Mix gently.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with slices of raclette cheese, overlapping them slightly.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
