- Start by slicing the chicken into thin strips and chopping the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken strips, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
- Add the garlic and ginger during the last minute of cooking.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, add the soy sauce, and stir everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the stir-fry over a bed of warm brown rice.
