Method
- Start by slicing the steak into thin strips and preparing the other ingredients: slice the bell pepper and onion, mince the garlic, and cut the broccoli into small florets.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse them under cold water.
- In a large wok or skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat, add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and broccoli, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until just tender.
- In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed, then add the sliced steak and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Season with salt.
- Add the cooked vegetables back to the wok with the beef. Pour in the chili crisp, soy sauce, and oyster sauce if using, and toss until well-coated and heated through.
- Finally, add the cooked and drained noodles to the wok, tossing everything together until the noodles are well-coated and heated through for another 2-3 minutes.

Notes
To enhance flavor, consider adding a splash of rice vinegar or a pinch of sugar to balance spiciness. Try marinating the beef in soy sauce, cornstarch, and oil for 10-15 minutes before cooking for an even more tender result. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add a splash of water when reheating to keep the noodles from drying out. Feel free to swap the steak for chicken, pork, or tofu depending on your preference, and adjust the vegetables to your liking!
