  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic for sauce
  • q.s. Salt for sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives for sauce

Method
 

  1. Peel the garlic cloves and press them into a bowl, then mix with sour cream and chopped chives until smooth.
  2. Gently wipe the mushrooms with a clean towel to remove dirt.
  3. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic clove.
  4. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the mushrooms, sautéing undisturbed for 5 minutes.
  5. Add diced onion, garlic, and butter, and cook for another 5 minutes while stirring frequently.
  6. Season the mushroom mixture with salt, pepper, and chopped chives.
  7. Spoon the mushrooms onto plates and drizzle with garlic sauce before serving.
