- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes; let sit for 5 minutes.
- In a large skillet, melt one tablespoon of butter with olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Place the shrimp in the skillet in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Once cooked, add remaining butter, lime juice, and zest to the pan and stir gently to coat the shrimp.
- Remove from heat and toss in the chopped cilantro; stir and serve.

Notes
