- In a large pitcher, combine the mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice. Muddle gently to release the mint's oils.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into another container to remove the mint bits.
- Fill four glasses halfway with ice cubes. Pour in equal parts of white rum, coconut rum, and coconut milk.
- Top off each glass with sparkling water until it’s three-quarters full. Garnish with extra mint leaves and pomegranate seeds.

Notes
For the best flavor, always use fresh lime juice instead of bottled. Feel free to adjust the sugar to taste; some prefer it sweeter while others enjoy a tangier drink. If you're out of pomegranate seeds, cranberries or orange slices make great alternatives for garnish. Store any leftover mojito mix (without the soda) in the fridge for up to 2 days and shake well before using.
