- Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot.

- Gently place the cod chunks into the simmering broth and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and let them cook for another 3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the egg yolk, cream, and lemon juice, then slowly pour the mixture into the pot while stirring gently.
- Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and lemon juice; remove the bouquet garni and serve hot.
