Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack Pre-cooked octopus from Costco (El Rey Del Pulpo)
  • 1/4 tablespoon Aged balsamic vinegar imported from Modena, Italy
  • 1/4 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil from Mediterranean old-growth olives
  • a pinch Hand-harvested sea salt
  • a pinch Freshly ground Tellicherry black pepper

Method
 

  1. Rinse the Costco octopus under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Cut the octopus into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife.
  3. Toss the octopus pieces with sea salt and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Drizzle aged balsamic vinegar over the seasoned octopus and stir gently.
  5. Pour extra virgin olive oil over the mixture and mix to coat each piece.
  6. (Optional) Cover and let sit in the fridge for 15–30 minutes for marinating.
