Ingredients
  

  • 4 pcs boneless pork chops about 1 inch thick
  • 6 slices bacon cut into small pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to garnish fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the bacon pieces. Cook until crisp and golden, about 5-7 minutes. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon, leaving the fat in the pan.
  3. Add olive oil to the bacon fat in the skillet and increase the heat to medium-high. Add the seasoned pork chops and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from pan.
  4. Lower the heat to medium, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine with the pan drippings.
  5. Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. Add the crispy bacon back to the sauce, return the seared pork chops to the skillet, and spoon the sauce over them. Simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat until heated through.
