- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil; add penne pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain pasta and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add chicken; cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In the same skillet, lower heat to medium and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.

- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Add sliced chicken back to the skillet and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
