- Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, add chicken and seasonings, cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown, then set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, then add chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the skillet.
- Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese, whisk until smooth, then add all cheeses until sauce thickens.
- Add Italian seasoning and parsley, return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat well.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet, letting it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, garnish with remaining parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan before serving.

Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken before cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat with extra cream or milk if needed. Feel free to substitute ingredients based on your preference, such as using shrimp or tofu instead of chicken or different cheeses.
