Ingredients
  

  • 400 g chicken, cut into thin strips
  • 200 ml crème fraîche
  • 1 unit onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 150 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • as needed fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Start by cutting the chicken into thin strips.
  2. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until golden and fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  5. Add the sliced mushrooms and continue cooking for about 5 minutes until tender and slightly browned.
  6. Pour in the crème fraîche and sprinkle in the paprika, stirring until well coated.
  7. Season with salt and pepper according to your preference.
  8. Let the dish simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
