Method
- Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail and gently open the shell to expose the meat.
- Preheat the broiler in your oven to high and arrange the lobster tails on a lined baking sheet. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Broil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes until opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, add the minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, red pepper flakes (if using), and lemon juice, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Drizzle the cooked lobster tails with the creamy garlic butter sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes
For a dairy-free option, use ghee or olive oil instead of butter and coconut cream instead of heavy cream. Add a splash of white wine to the garlic butter sauce for an extra flavor boost. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheat gently to avoid overcooking the lobster.
