Ingredients
  

  • 4 tail lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • to serve lemon wedges

Method
 

  1. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail and gently open the shell to expose the meat.
  2. Preheat the broiler in your oven to high and arrange the lobster tails on a lined baking sheet. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Broil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes until opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).
  4. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, add the minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, red pepper flakes (if using), and lemon juice, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Drizzle the cooked lobster tails with the creamy garlic butter sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
