Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic.
  3. Sauté the garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and chicken broth, then bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the lemon juice and zest, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Reduce the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
