  • 1.25 cup milk (2% or whole)
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic (pressed or finely grated)
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)

Method
 

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

  4. Add the sea salt, black pepper, and garlic, then stir well.
  5. Stir in the parmesan cheese and whisk until fully melted.
  6. Allow the sauce to cool completely before using.
