  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 80 g flour
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50 g melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease and flour your baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
  3. Sift the flour and baking powder into the wet mixture, then stir gently until combined.
  4. Pour the melted butter into the batter and fold it in gently.
  5. Pour the batter into your prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula, then bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
