  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 80 g flour
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50 g melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and eggs.
  3. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar to the mixture and whisk until well blended.
  4. Sift in the flour and baking powder, then stir until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
  5. Pour in the melted butter and stir to combine.
  6. Transfer the batter to a greased and floured cake pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes.
